*MUST HAVE RELEVANT TRAVEL AGENCY/COORDINATOR EXPERIENCE TO APPLY**
Job Purpose: Admin Travel Supervisor is responsible for supporting the Admin Office,
booking travel, transportation and hotel accommodations for the traveler.
Also responsible for creating and communicating the itineraries. Handle all
incoming calls, support Admin team on projects.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist Travel Team coordinating, booking travel and transportation needs as requested.
- Maintains travel records.
- Conducts research on destinations, weather advisories.
- Handle all incoming calls on a 7 line phone system
- Assist Admin team in projects
- Support travel team at various locations
- Set up direct bill accounts
- Negotiate pricing with travel vendors
- Assist with events and meals
- Other Duties as assigned
- Ability to multitask all projects, handle last minute changes, work well under pressure
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Ability to negotiate effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Detail oriented and highly organized
- Strong ability to manage time and prioritize tasks
- Working knowledge of domestic and international travel regulations
- Must have previous front desk office support experience
- Excellent customer service skills
