Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Control Center PM Associate to support warehouse and logistics operations in Minooka, IL. This role is responsible for monitoring workflows, assisting with shipment coordination, and ensuring accurate system updates during 2nd shift hours. The ideal candidate is organized, communicative, and able to work in a fast-paced control center environment.
Responsibilities
- Monitor inbound and outbound shipment activity in real time
- Update and maintain data in warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Communicate with warehouse staff, carriers, and supervisors to ensure smooth operations
- Track shipment status and resolve routine issues or delays
- Verify documentation for accuracy and completeness
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating freight movement
- Maintain accurate logs and operational reports
- Escalate issues to supervisors as needed
- Follow company safety and operational procedures
Requirements
- Ability to work 2nd shift consistently
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic computer and data entry skills
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Previous logistics or warehouse experience preferred but not required
