Job Description
Joliet Staffing is hiring a Dry Loading Associate in Minooka, IL! We are looking for dependable and safety-focused individuals to support warehouse operations by loading, organizing, and handling dry goods in a fast-paced distribution environment.
Job Title: Loader (Dry Department)
Location: Minooka, IL
Pay Rate: $16.00/hour
Schedule: 2nd Shift
Job Responsibilities
- Load and unload dry goods and materials from trailers and warehouse areas.
- Safely move products using manual handling or equipment as required.
- Verify product counts and ensure accurate shipment preparation.
- Stage and organize products in designated areas for shipment.
- Inspect items for damage and report discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times.
- Follow all company safety procedures and loading guidelines.
- Assist with general warehouse duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or loading/unloading experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Must be dependable with strong attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Schedule
- 2nd Shift
- Overtime may be required based on business needs.
