Join our team as a Packer! In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently and accurately packaging products to meet quality and production standards. This is a great seasonal opportunity for individuals who are reliable, detail-oriented, and ready to work in a fast-paced environment.
Job Title: Packers
Schedule and Pay Rates:
- 1st shift: 6 AM - 2: 30 PM - $16/hr.
- 2nd shift: 2 PM - 10: 30 PM - 16.50/hr.
- 3rd shift: 10 PM - 6: 30 AM - $17/hr.
Benefits: Medical, Dental, AD&D
Responsibilities:
- Package products according to company guidelines and specifications
- Inspect items for quality, defects, and correct labeling
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements:
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Capable of lifting up to 25 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Reliable and punctual with a good work ethic
- Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed
- Previous experience in a packing or production role is a plus, but not required.
