Job Title: Inspector Packer
Pay Rate: $16/hr.
Shift: 6 AM- 2: 30 PM
Benefits: Medical, Dental, AD&D
We are currently hiring Inspector Packers to join our fast-paced manufacturing team in Aurora, IL. In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting and packing products to ensure quality standards are met before shipment. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work a rotating 12-hour schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
Inspect finished products for quality, defects, or inconsistencies
Pack products according to specifications and production goals
Maintain a clean and organized workstation
Accurately complete all required production and quality documentation
Work safely and follow all company safety procedures and guidelines
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow
Physically handle materials, including repetitive lifting and standing for extended periods
Requirements:
Prior manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred, but not required
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
Comfortable working 12-hour rotating shifts, including nights and weekends
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Dependable with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
