Job Title: IP Packers
Shifts and Pay Rate:
- 1st (6AM - 2: 30 PM) $16/hr.
- 2nd (2PM - 10: 30 PM) $17/hr.
- 3rd (10PM - 6: 30 AM) $18/hr.
Benefits: Medical, Dental, AD&D, PSL
The IP Packer is responsible for inspecting, packing, and preparing products for shipment in accordance with quality, safety, and customer requirements. This role requires strong attention to detail, efficiency, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect products to ensure they meet established quality standards before packing
- Pack finished goods accurately and efficiently according to work instructions
- Label packages correctly and verify all order information for accuracy
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Follow all safety guidelines, procedures, and company policies at all times
- Meet daily production and accuracy goals
- Identify and report any damaged or defective products to a supervisor
- Assist with other production or warehouse duties as needed
Requirements & Qualifications
- Previous packing or warehouse experience preferred (not always required)
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Ability to lift 25 50 lbs as required
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Willingness to work overtime when needed
