Joliet Staffing is hiring an Inventory Control Associate in Minooka, IL! We are looking for a detail-oriented individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced warehouse environment and is committed to maintaining accurate inventory records.
Job Title: Inventory Control Associate
Location: Minooka, IL
Pay Rate: $16.00/HR
Schedule: AM Shift
Job Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels.
- Perform cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Receive, verify, and record incoming shipments.
- Update inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS) or scanners.
- Organize inventory and ensure products are stored correctly.
- Assist with shipping and receiving as needed.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Previous inventory control or warehouse experience preferred.
- Basic computer skills and experience with inventory systems are a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. And stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are required.

- Overtime may be required based on business needs.

- $16.00 per hour
