Joliet Staffing is hiring a Kitchen Indirect Associate in Minooka, IL! We are seeking dependable and motivated individuals to support kitchen production operations by ensuring materials, supplies, and workstations are stocked and running efficiently.
Job Title: Kitchen Associate
Location: Minooka, IL
Pay Rate: $17.00/hour
Schedule: 1st Shift
Job Responsibilities
- Supply production lines with materials, ingredients, and packaging as needed.
- Transport products and supplies throughout the facility.
- Maintain clean, organized, and sanitary work areas.
- Remove waste and empty containers from production areas.
- Assist with setting up and breaking down workstations.
- Support production teams to ensure smooth workflow and minimize downtime.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and quality standards.
- Adhere to company safety policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse, manufacturing, food production, or kitchen experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. And stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift.
- Reliable attendance and a positive team-oriented attitude.
- Must be able to work safely while following sanitation and food safety guidelines.
Schedule
- 1st Shift
- Overtime may be required based on production needs.
