Job Description:

The ideal candidate will assist with organizing, tracking, cataloging, and maintaining maintenance-related inventory to ensure accurate records and smooth facility operations.

Responsibilities
- Audit and organize maintenance parts, supplies, and equipment
- Label and catalog inventory into tracking systems
- Conduct physical counts and compare results with system records
- Assist with the development of an improved inventory layout and storage system
- Identify missing or low-stock items and report needs to supervisors
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Work collaboratively with maintenance and operations teams
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Previous inventory, maintenance, or warehouse experience preferred
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn tracking systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift, move, and organize materials as needed
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
