Job Title: PM Returns Associates (2nd Shift)

Location: Minooka, IL

Pay: $16 per hour

Job Type: Full-time | 2nd Shift

Job Summary
We are hiring a reliable and detail-oriented PM Returns Clerk to support our warehouse operations in Minooka, IL. This role is responsible for processing returned merchandise, inspecting product condition, and ensuring accurate system updates during 2nd shift hours. The ideal candidate is organized, efficient, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

Receive and process incoming product returns
Inspect returned items for damage, defects, or restocking eligibility
Accurately document returns in warehouse management systems (WMS)
Sort, label, and route returned inventory appropriately
Maintain accurate records of return transactions and discrepancies
Coordinate with inventory and shipping teams as needed
Keep work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
Follow company policies and procedures for handling returns
Operate warehouse equipment as needed (training provided if required)

Requirements

Ability to work 2nd shift schedule consistently
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Basic computer and data entry skills
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Warehouse or returns processing experience preferred but not required
