Replenishment Reach (Freezer)
Job Description
We are seeking a certified Reach Truck Operator to safely store, retrieve, and transport palletized products within a freezer environment. The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in cold temperatures.
Job Title: Reach Truck Operator (Freezer Environment)
Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour
Schedule: AM shift

Location: Minooka, IL
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate a reach truck to store, retrieve, and transport pallets of product in a freezer environment
- Utilize an electric pallet jack as needed
- Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company guidelines
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Perform tasks efficiently while meeting productivity standards
Required Certifications:
- Electric Pallet Jack Certification
- Reach Truck Certification
Safety Requirements & Protective Equipment:
The following equipment will be provided and must be worn at all times:
- Freezer-specific work boots
- Coveralls
- Freezer jacket
- Gloves
- Gator
- Safety vest
All required safety and hazard training must be completed prior to assignment.
Work Environment & Physical Requirements:
- Work in freezer temperatures ranging from 0 F to 20 F
- Lift up to 50 pounds
- Prolonged standing or sitting
- Ability to work in cold conditions for extended periods
Additional Notes:
- Boot size and gear size (coat and coveralls) will be required prior to start date.
