Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Warehouse Coordinator to support daily warehouse operations in Minooka, IL. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate inventory flow, coordinating with warehouse staff, and maintaining efficient operations in a fast-paced environment.
Job Title: Warehouse Coordinator
Location: Minooka, IL
Pay Rate: $19.00/HR
Schedule: 10 AM - 7 PM

Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and monitor daily warehouse activities to ensure timely and accurate order processing
- Communicate with supervisors and team members to prioritize workload and resolve issues
- Track inventory movements and update warehouse systems as needed
- Prepare and maintain reports, logs, and documentation
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
- Support receiving, shipping, and staging operations as required
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse, logistics, or coordination experience preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills and experience with warehouse systems a plus
- Ability to work the assigned 2nd shift schedule, Wednesday through Sunday
